Welcome to ExamQuest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExamQuest website, platforms, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by ExamQuest Platforms Inc. ("ExamQuest", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Account Registration and Use

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account sharing: Each account is for one individual. Purchases are licensed per learner, and an account may be active on a limited number of devices at a time (currently two, managed under Settings → Billing & Account). Circumventing these limits, including sharing credentials so multiple people can use one purchase, is a breach of these Terms and may result in access being suspended without refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ExamQuest, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of the materials.

3. Payments and Refunds

Certain Services, including Custom Builds and Prebuilt Courses, require payment. Fees are presented and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for visitors within Canada, and in US Dollars (USD) for visitors outside of Canada. The currency you are charged in is determined by your location at the time of purchase and is shown at checkout. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable fees.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and intensive architectural nature of our custom platforms and materials, all sales are final. Exceptional refund requests for technical failures on our end will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Share your account credentials or distribute proprietary course materials to unauthorized third parties.

Your privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy describes how ExamQuest collects, uses, processes, and discloses your information, including personal data, in conjunction with your access to and use of our Services.

We collect information in three categories:

• Information you provide: Account data (name, email, institution), payment information (processed securely via Stripe), and communications with our support team.
• Information collected automatically: Usage data, device information, IP addresses, and diagnostic data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Performance data: Course progress, assessment scores, and interaction metrics utilized to tailor your learning architecture.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
• Process your transactions and send related information (e.g., confirmations, receipts).
• Analyze and optimize platform performance and curriculum efficacy.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

ExamQuest does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors) strictly for the purpose of operating our Services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Your Rights
